International Shipping Policy

Orders will be sent using a standard international carrier such as UPS or Fedex. The actual shipping rate for packages shipped internationally regularly will include duties, taxes, surcharges, non-routine customs brokerage charges as well as other charges. These customs and import duties are applied when the shipment reaches its destination and cannot be pre-determined.

To ensure accuracy, you will be charged for international orders as follows:

  • At the time your order is placed, you will be charged for your product only. No shipping or related charges will be charged at that time. As we receive the shipping and handling charges due for your order (which may take several weeks) we will charge your credit card for those fees separately. This may result in multiple charges to your credit card. Please note that Target Marketing is a division of The Image Group and your credit card statement will show the charge from The Image Group.
  • If requested, we can give you the actual shipping charges not including the taxes, duties and other fees. Every country manages taxes, duties and fees differently and are often significantly more than initial cost of the shipping. These charges cannot be estimated by our staff.

We recommend against shipping large orders outside the USA due to the excessive and unpredictable fees that may be incurred. However, we will attempt to accommodate you with large orders that must be shipped internationally.

Items will ship from Ashland, Virginia USA. Food items cannot be shipped outside of the USA. All orders shipping outside of the USA are considered International, including Canada and Mexico. Military bases are not considered international and will ship via the postal service.

The cost incurred to ship goods from this store to other countries, including Canada is VERY high. The price of shipping plus duties and taxes will often be more than the cost of the goods.

You will not see the shipping cost during checkout. You will be charged for shipping separately, after we know the total cost of shipping plus duties and taxes.
